Last month we sent the governor’s office in Missouri sunshine law request requiring them to turn over documents related to communications with the Confide app (self destructing texts) by the Governor and his staff.
The custodian of records for the governor’s office did not turn over the requested documents within the three business days required by the law. Instead they advised they would get back to us in about 30 days. No reason was given for the delay.
